I can’t tell you enough how pleased we are with the remodeling of our kitchen. Bill took our typical raised ranch kitchen, took down a wall and turned that drab little kitchen into a big roomy showpiece. The compliments we get whenever anyone comes into our home are amazing. I hired Lakeview again to turn our three season room into a beautiful dinning room with the large deck you attached. What Impressed us the most was the attention to every detail. The bad news……..I’m constantly thinking of new projects for Bill’s team to do. Thank you, Bill, for the wonderful job you always do.

How lucky I was to have found you to build my house! It’s been a good experience from start to finish. The people you picked to deal with…Tony the house designer and Barbara the cabinet specialist listened to my needs and came up with great ideas. You and your men worked hard and long hours. The neighbors and I have been hearing a constant stream of compliments on the house. You’ve paid attention to details – right down to the edging on your wood trim and the patterns on your doors, etc. You also do all kinds of little extras, like the cabinets, the little deck and stairs off the porch. Bill Adinolfi of Lakeview Builders put an addition on our house in July of 2007, a master bedroom and master bath. His work was excellent and we would highly recommend him, the roof was removed on July 2nd and the area was double tarped. July 4th we had high winds and heavy rains which resulted in causing water to get in under the tarps. Upon noticing water coming down the inside walls on the night of July 4th, we called Bill who showed up with one of his personnel to re-tarp the work area. Bill made good on his promise to replace all damaged ceilings, have the water damaged furnishings repaired, including a 150 year old clock!! All his people are high caliber and very hard workers and everything was cleaned up at the end of each day, they are all pleasant and polite to deal with, and did show up on schedule.

We just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the work that you and the crew did for us, during our major reconstruction. Who knew that a leaking roof could cause so much damage. Never having gone through reconstruction before, we were not prepared for all the work that was involved but you got everything done, and you and the crew were most helpful and considerate of us and our needs, especially since we were still in the house because of our animals (which we wouldn’t leave), while you were doing the work…Everyone took care to keep the construction “mess” down, covering the floors and doorways with plastic sheeting, so none of the dust got into our living area. The workmanship turned out beautifully. You did a great job during and after you finished. Thank you for all the cleanup, in both the house and the yard.
